Known for artificial intelligence (AI) innovations, Lightricks recently announced that their LTX Studio platform is now open to all users. Although the results are not yet perfect, the first practical applications are already visible - investment platform eToro used LTX Studio to create an AI-generated advertisement that aired during the Paris Olympics.
Using LTX Studio is also extremely easy for the average user - write the prompt you want a video of, and in a few minutes a video consisting of dozens of different frames with characters, readings and background music is ready.
You can try to create up to 3,600 "calculation second" episodes every month for free, which is about 3-8 clips of relatively poor quality, but it's worth a try, because AI video is getting better and better every day.
If someone wants to make some AI video clips today, the whole process is relatively tedious:
- First of all, you should create a script from the idea (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Images should be created based on the script (Midjourney is probably the best).
- Images should be made to move (Runwayml, Pica, etc.).
- In addition, reading (Elevenlabs and others) and background music (Udio, Suno, etc.) should be created.
- Finally, everything should be edited together in some video program.
In order to get something normal, you have to spend many hours and often use paid versions of the solutions. Kristjan did something similar when he created a short story about a carrot-loving man-rabbit. I was wondering if the same thing could be done using LTX Studio for free and in less than 5 minutes. The results were as follows.
It is logical that these two clips are not very comparable visually, while the reading and the background sound were not the worst.
It is worth remembering that less than a year ago we did not have such solutions. InVideo was already making artificial video, but all the footage in it so far is from video banks. LTX Studio's solution is similar, but each frame is created by AI. In addition, it is easy to change both the text to be read and all the frames.
I recommend you try it out - write your video idea and see what result you get.
Although the first videos of artificial intelligence have reached television, the quality is still not quite there. But a year from now, we'll probably be talking a different story.
It is worthwhile for agencies and other actors to test different solutions, because one click and free no one will get normal video advertising for their company in the future either.
